POTATOES:AU::TOSH::!::


SO I JUST MADE THESE DELICIOUS POTATOES LAST NIGHT, AND THEY ARE SUPER VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY!
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

-OLIVE OIL 2TBSP
-1/4 ONION SLICED
-2-3 MEDIUM POTATOES (RINSED)
-1/4 CUP PARSLEY
-1/4 CUP GRATED PARMIGIANNO REGGIANO
-1/4 CUP GRATED SMOKED GOUDA
-3" ROUND BAKING DISH.
-FRESH CRACKED PEPPER (TO TASTE)
- SEA SALT (TO TASTE)


DIRECTIONS:
-PREHEAT OVEN AT 350
-SLICE ONION
-SLICE POTATOES (SO THEY LOOK LIKE THICK POTATO CHIPS)
-LAYER THE TWO ALTERNATELY IN BAKING DISH
-DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL
-ADD 1/4 CUP OF WATER
-TOP WITH FRESH PARSLEY AND CHEESES.
-COVER W/FOIL AND BAKE AT 325 FOR 25 MINUTES, OR UNTIL POTATOES ARE FORK TENDER.


REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET SIT FOR 4-5 MINUTES, THEY WILL BE HOT!!!
