JUST::DESSERTS::

SO WINTER MAKES ME EAT LOTS. IN PARTICULAR LOTS OF SUGAR.
SO I MADE MYSELF A MINI PUNCHBOWL CAKE.

PUNCHBOWL CAKE:

GLASS BOWL
MIXING SPOON
SPATULA

INGREDIENTS:
-BOX OF BETTY CROCKER CAKE MIX
-2 EGGS
-OIL
-WATER (WHATEVER MIX CALLS FOR)
-1 TBSP FLOUR (FOR DUSTING PANS)

FILLINGS
-1/2 CUP SLICED STRAWBERRIES
-1/2 CUP BLUEBERRIES
-1/2 CUP OF PINEAPPLE (THE SMALLER THE BETTER)
-BOX OF PUDDING MIX (MILK)(OR PREMADE PUDDING)
-1/2 CUP CRUSHED ALMONDS/WALNUTS


DIRECTIONS:
MAKE THE CAKE. (2 LAYERS WORTH)
-PLACE A THIN LAYER OF PUDDING IN THE BOTTOM OF YOUR BOWL
-PLACE ONE LAYER OF EACH TYPE OF FRUIT IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BOWL
-PLACE FIRST LAYER OF CAKE ON TOP
(REPEAT FIRST THREE STEPS)

ONCE YOU HAVE THIS DONE. TOP OFF YOUR CAKE WITH MORE PUDDING GARNISH WITH EXTRA FRUIT AND SPRINKLE W/NUTS!!
